Across 114 entries in the sale records, 47 different sires were represented. Some had just one offspring in the offering, while others had as many as 12. Their recorded prices reveal an interesting contrast between stallions producing exceptional individual results and those demonstrating strength across larger groups of offspring.
Yall Hashtag This topped the rankings with a single $250,000 representative, while Machine Made, Heart Stoppin, and Makin Me Willy Wild generated substantial combined values through multiple offspring.
But does the highest total necessarily indicate the strongest market performance? As the numbers reveal, the answer isn’t quite that simple.
More Than a Million Dollars Across Ten Sires
The ten leading sires accounted for $1,233,700 in recorded auction prices, representing approximately 66% of the sale’s total recorded value. It’s an impressive concentration, but the individual results tell a more interesting story.
Yall Hashtag This claimed the top position with just one representative, Yall R Rediculous, whose remarkable $250,000 price exceeded the individual offspring totals recorded by every other sire. Meanwhile, Machine Made and Heart Stoppin each had eight offspring with recorded prices, generating $212,500 and $197,500, respectively.
The distinction is important. A single exceptional horse can propel a stallion to the top of the rankings, while multiple strong results may offer a broader indication of buyer interest in a sire’s offspring.

Strength in Numbers: What the Rankings Reveal
Yall Hashtag This may have claimed the top position with Yall R Rediculous’s extraordinary $250,000 result, but Machine Made and Heart Stoppin demonstrated a different kind of strength. Each had eight offspring with recorded prices, averaging $26,563 and $24,688, respectively, both comfortably above the sale-wide average of $17,631.
Machine Made’s results included Tootsee Gurl at $80,000, alongside two additional offspring reaching $30,000 or more. Heart Stoppin showed a particularly competitive upper end, with three offspring commanding between $35,000 and $40,000.
Makin Me Willy Wild, meanwhile, led all sires in representation, with 11 offspring recording prices. His $125,700 total illustrates the importance of considering volume alongside averages, particularly when comparing stallions represented by very different numbers of horses.
VS Code Red offers another interesting comparison. With just two offspring, he recorded an impressive $50,500 average, although Snap Back To Reality’s $80,000 result accounted for much of that figure.
For breeders evaluating these results, no single statistic tells the whole story. Total value highlights overall contribution, averages provide another measure of market performance, and the number of offspring represented offers essential context for both.
Super Sires: More Than Four in Five Yearlings Eligible
More than four out of every five yearlings represented in the 2026 Congress Super Sale records were identified as eligible for Super Sires, a striking indication of the program’s presence among the bloodlines offered at this year’s auction.
Of the 94 yearlings listed, 79 carried a Super Sires eligibility designation. Even when excluding the five eligible yearlings marked OUT, the proportion remained virtually unchanged: 75 of the 89 yearlings with recorded prices, or 84.27%.
For breeders, the figure reflects how extensively participating stallions are represented within this particular offering. For prospective buyers, eligibility can provide access to additional competitive opportunities through the program’s designated classes and purses, subject to nomination and program requirements.
