The NCHA Stallion & Foal Incentive Program is a premier incentive program developed by the National Cutting Horse Association to reward breeders, stallion owners, and competitors while increasing the payouts at the prestigious NCHA Super Stakes. To be eligible, a horse must be sired by a subscribed stallion and nominated into the program, allowing it to compete for enhanced purses and special awards as a 4, 5, and 6-year-old. Funds generated through annual stallion subscriptions and one-time foal nominations are reinvested directly into the program, creating three key benefits: awards for nominated foals, awards for subscribed stallion owners whose offspring excel, and additional prize money added to the NCHA Super Stakes purse. This structure encourages investment in elite cutting horse bloodlines while rewarding success at every stage, from breeding decisions through show pen performance.
